Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services: your TikTok username, email address, and payment information processed by secure third parties. We never collect passwords or sensitive personal data.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on contractual necessity (to fulfill your order), legitimate interests (to improve our services), and your consent (for marketing communications).

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary: order data for 6 years (tax compliance), account data for the duration of your account plus 2 years.

International Transfers

Any international data transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as required by GDPR.
